Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients both in-person and through virtual platforms, conducting assessments and treatment for those facing significant mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared objectives and ensuring integrated care plans align with client needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care.

• Provide a wide range of brief, targeted prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, supporting data-driven decisions.

• Carry a defined caseload effectively, offering assessment, individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to presenting concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
