Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, addressing a multitude of clinical presentations and ensuring high-quality care.

• Completing timely client notes and documentation using our electronic medical record (EMR) system to maintain compliance and foster effective client relationships.
\n
• Managing your schedule to ensure timely follow-ups and continuity of care, including setting and maintaining ongoing appointments with clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapting your approach based on clients’ needs and preferences.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance therapeutic approaches and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals of all ages and couples facing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Active LCSW license in New York, allowing for independent clinical practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent boundaries, and cultural sensitivity.

• Strong self-motivation with well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Availability to fulfill a full-time schedule, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings per week for client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, supplemented by a sign-on bonus and additional incentives. Our compensation package includes:
