Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Utilize our billing service for claims management, client accounts, and payment plans, reducing the administrative burden on the clinician.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, addressing various clinical presentations. Our focus includes issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The therapist will play an essential role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys within a supportive and empathetic environment. Ensuring effective treatment and assisting clients in achieving their wellness goals will be a primary focus.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, allowing independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to this base salary, the LCSW will be eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
