Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges to tailor effective interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass specific goals, interventions, and methods of progress monitoring, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care strategies that address various aspects of patient wellness.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in urgent situations.

• Advocate for clients' rights by connecting them to community resources and providing ongoing case management support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on previous experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our dedicated team.
