Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and facilitate the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that align with the clients' unique therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Monitor and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, attendance at treatment appointments, and meeting discharge criteria in collaboration with other care team members.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to provide insight into clinical practices, share client cases, and strategize on treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
