Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges in their lives.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using tailored therapeutic interventions suited to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Establish and monitor personalized treatment plans that encompass treatment goals, therapeutic interventions, and continual progress evaluation.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that promote holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
