Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health status and treatment needs, using the DSM-5 and other clinical tools to guide interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring cultural sensitivity and understanding of unique patient dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices for electronic record-keeping.

• Coordinate care transitions and referrals, acting as a crucial link between patients and relevant treatment services or support agencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time LICSW position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
