Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program/Service (CDRP/S) team to develop, present, and refine individualized treatment plans aimed at guiding clients through their recovery journey.

• Engage in clinical case conferences, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Lead educational workshops focusing on chemical dependency, providing valuable knowledge to clients and their families.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address clients' substance use challenges.
\n
• Offer specialized therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, and families, promoting healing and communication.
\n
• Provide comprehensive case management services, including resource identification, referral coordination, and follow-up support to enhance clients' access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an Independent Clinical Social Worker at Moonlit Horizon, you will primarily work with clients facing challenges related to substance use disorders, mental health issues, family dynamics, and other psychosocial obstacles. Your role will focus on empowering individuals and families through tailored therapeutic interventions, aiming to foster resilience and facilitate recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a mandatory requirement.

• Active Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is necessary.

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant, supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the past five (5) years is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
