Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Positive Vibe Therapy Hub, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for patients to identify their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Delivering psychotherapy through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique situation and preferences.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and effective continuity of care.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed professionals to discuss treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including peer review sessions and case consultations, to continuously improve your clinical skills and stay updated on advancements in mental health.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families around mental health topics, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer:
