Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their presenting issues, background history, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, according to client needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address the identified goals and challenges of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to track progress.

• Foster a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients by offering support, guidance, and practical strategies that empower them to navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations regarding mental health practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including participation in training workshops, conferences, and peer supervision, to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or similar therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrable strong clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, intervention execution, and a robust understanding of clinical methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
