Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while still fostering collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of children and their families.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the child.

• Monitoring and documenting outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust services as necessary.

• Providing compassionate and proactive support to families, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their child’s development.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend strategies and foster children’s learning in their natural settings.

• Establishing rapport and trust with children, families, and team members to create a safe and healthy learning environment.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to maintain the highest safety and quality standards in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on serving children, particularly those in need of early intervention services due to developmental delays or disabilities. Our LCSW will engage collaboratively with families to create and implement strategies that promote developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication areas. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
