Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and couples therapy, to diverse clients across various age ranges, ensuring each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

• Utilize a professional billing service that streamlines claims management, insurance account receivables, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to track client sessions effectively.

• Demonstrate an ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations, applying relevant therapeutic techniques to support client recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Active state licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance bonuses. Therapists are compensated at an hourly rate as W2 employees, ensuring that you receive fair and equitable pay for your valuable services.
