Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, addressing diverse mental health challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Utilizing a billing service that manages claims and insurance receivables, allowing you to focus more on client care.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing client calendars efficiently while adapting to the evolving needs of your caseload.

• Demonstrating the ability to work with a wide array of clinical presentations, tailoring therapeutic approaches to each unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

• Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with at least 20-25 hours of direct client care and a minimum of two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
