Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy through virtual sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring immediate access to necessary resources and care.

• Facilitate collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, contributing to team meetings and case review discussions.

• Accurately document treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with New York state regulations, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York, in good standing.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient or mental health settings, preferably with a focus on substance use and mental health issues.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to effectively engage clients in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alcentra Counseling LTD offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
