Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Engage with a caseload of at least 25 clients weekly, focusing on maintaining a therapeutic relationship and delivering effective interventions.

• Document sessions and client progress in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with accuracy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and contributing to the holistic care of clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed clinical social workers primarily serve adults aged 18 and above, with a focus on various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We also actively seek to support underrepresented groups, including the LGBTQIA+ community and diverse populations facing systemic barriers to mental health care. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide equitable access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure to practice in New York State.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Professional malpractice insurance coverage is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to men and minority populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
