Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients and their families, providing assessment, therapy, and support for those struggling with mental illness or emotional disorders.

• Collaboratively work within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and coordinate with appropriate services for further evaluations when necessary.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure that treatment strategies are aligned with clients’ individual problems and requests.

• Monitor clients' progress, including admissions, ongoing stays, and discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in crisis interventions, offering immediate support and developing strategies for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Contribute to qualitative improvements in service delivery through active participation in agency committees focused on feedback and development.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to align with the organization's ethical standards and operational guidelines.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed to support clients during program hours.

In this role, you will primarily support clients dealing with serious mental health challenges and those facing end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
