Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, evaluating abilities, interests, psychological aspects of physical health issues, and substance use concerns.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, and more, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals through various psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, family therapy, and group counseling.

• Utilize psychological principles to observe, interpret, and modify behaviors of individuals with emotional or behavioral disorders, applying best practices in therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of clinical interactions in patient records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance treatment outcomes, consulting with fellow professionals as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, including a relevant internship.

• Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
