Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in comprehensive multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate the developmental status of young clients, ensuring a holistic understanding of each child’s needs.

• Provide direct child development services, implementing developmentally appropriate activities tailored for children from birth to age three and their families. For instance, you may conduct play-based therapies or engage parents in interactional activities that promote cognitive and emotional growth.

• Contribute to the creation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), outlining specific goals and strategies related to each child’s growth and development.
\n
• Document and review progress notes, assessments, and correspondence in compliance with organizational and state guidelines, maintaining meticulous records of each client’s progress.
\n
• Offer individual and group interventions aimed at supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays across various domains including cognitive, social-emotional, and motor skills.
\n
• Regularly assess family strengths, resources, and concerns while closely monitoring progress, ensuring an adaptive and responsive approach to interventions.
\n
• Serve as a service coordinator, skillfully managing scheduling and implementation of intervention plans, and facilitating continuous evaluation and adjustment in line with each family's evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with families, providing guidance and support to enable them to advocate effectively for their children.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to forge trusting, therapeutic relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear documentation and effective interaction with diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with computer software for documentation purposes and a commitment to achieving compliance with confidentiality and professional conduct standards.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations are required.

• Bilingual or bicultural candidates are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 68,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication and includes a variety of benefits, such as:
