Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidenced-based practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored specifically to your clients' preferences and clinical needs.

• Maintaining detailed clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and high standards of care.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings, which serve to bolster the team's clinical skills and uphold the quality of services provided.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
