Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and mental health needs, using telehealth platforms.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate regularly with medical professionals, addiction specialists, and case managers to coordinate care plans that address all aspects of client health.

• Advocate for clients, helping them access community resources, social services, and support programs that enhance their recovery journey.

• Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to collective problem-solving efforts.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to further enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
