Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Developing tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices and deploying interventions based on clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to facilitate clients’ therapeutic journeys.

• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies, enhancing patient safety and care continuity.

• Collaborating and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and address any arising questions or concerns about treatment effectiveness.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer reviews, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and enhancing the quality of care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, providing psychotherapy services is essential.
