Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, ensuring that all perspectives are valued and considered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundation in social work principles and practices.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is necessary to practice legally in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
