Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individual students as well as group sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure engagement and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each student, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with a remote interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, educators, and support staff to provide holistic care and effective interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment adjustments systematically.

• Participate in staff meetings and case reviews to ensure a unified approach in addressing client needs and enhancing the therapeutic framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students in the Seattle area who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. These could include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or effects stemming from trauma. You will work to create an empowering space where students can articulate their feelings and develop coping mechanisms, contributing to their overall well-being and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a preference for experience in educational settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations, especially children and families.

• Strong commitment to cultural competence and social justice practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you can expect:
