In this remote role, the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will engage directly with clients, families, and educational staff through virtual platforms, while also participating in occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services for clients with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both individually and in group settings.

• Conduct thorough and developmentally appropriate assessments while maintaining evidence-based best practices in screening.

This position primarily serves children and adolescents in the school setting. The candidate will work closely with a diverse group of students who may be experiencing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Providers will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Robust knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies, particularly for children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse client groups and team members.
