Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Directly engaging with clients both remotely and in community settings, assisting them with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advance common goals and achieve improved client outcomes through shared responsibilities.

• Providing culturally competent care by acknowledging and respecting individual differences, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational codes of conduct while contributing to organizational performance goals.

• Conducting comprehensive screenings and assessments to identify client needs and determining appropriate services.

• Developing and implementing integrated care plans that connect clients with the necessary resources, while fostering communication with family members and other providers involved in the client's care.

• Providing a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including crisis intervention when necessary.

• Managing individual caseloads, including conducting assessment and therapy sessions—both individually and in groups.

• Monitoring client progress through admission, ongoing assessment, and discharge protocols to ensure continuity of care.

• Ensuring all documentation and data reports are completed promptly, maintaining accurate records as per organizational standards.

• Possessing on-call responsibilities during and after hours as assigned, ensuring 24/7 support for clients' needs.

• Participating in committees aimed at refining service delivery and enhancing quality improvement initiatives within the agency.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Experience in a clinical setting with a minimum of two years preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the essential qualifications, candidates with prior experience working in substance use treatment or within a detox facility will have an advantage.
