Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability. This includes gathering in-depth information and understanding their personal history and experiences.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community and engagement among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
