Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the school setting.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on systemic assessments.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each student.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to support students in high-stress situations or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all interactions and treatment efforts, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate various supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the collective well-being of the school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
