Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Delivering effective psychotherapy services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, to protect client confidentiality.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to facilitate continuity of care and track client progress over time.

• Actively collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including medical professionals and therapists, to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for patients.

• Providing ongoing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community support systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
