Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients to understand their mental health status, strengths, and unique needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual and group situations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, to ensure coordinated treatment plans and seamless patient care.

• Guide patients and their families through understanding complex diagnoses, treatment options, and medication regimens, equipping them with essential knowledge for informed decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits\n
