Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both virtual appointments and community interactions.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings to understand clients' needs, developing integrated care plans that link them to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment approaches are individualized to promote effective outcomes.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support as required.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance collective service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
