Work Environment\n

This position will be based remotely but will require interaction and collaboration with colleagues, clients, and community stakeholders. Working from home, you will have the flexibility of managing your time while meeting the therapeutic needs of our clients at the detox center. This specific setting will focus on the treatment and recovery of individuals grappling with substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, both online and via telephone communication.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared health outcomes, actively participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based integrated care plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Utilize problem-solving skills to address crises, providing immediate intervention techniques and resources as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and follow-up care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage during designated hours, offering support to clients in critical need after regular operational hours.

• Advocate for patients’ rights and promote their empowerment by ensuring access to appropriate health services and necessary community resources.

• Engage in ongoing skill development through participation in professional training sessions and quality improvement projects focused on enhancing agency service delivery.

Qualifications\n
