Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions for clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in person and virtually.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, collaborating closely with other healthcare providers, family members, and community resources.

• Conduct brief evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and ensure appropriate services are accessed, following up with more detailed assessments as necessary.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Assist clients in achieving their treatment goals through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, emphasizing choice and empowerment in their recovery journey.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client safety and wellbeing.

• Collaborate as a team member to promote agency goals and engage in continuous quality improvement activities.

• Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring assistance is available during program hours and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
