Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children as part of early intervention services.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that these plans closely align with the child’s and family’s goals.

• Monitor and track progress towards outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize developmental support.

• Provide guidance, support, and educational resources to families, enhancing their ability to nurture and promote their child’s development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote engagement and learning in natural settings.

• Foster strong relationships with children and families by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere conducive to learning and development.

• Regularly document all interactions and progress according to federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will involve working closely with their families to create supportive environments that promote physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
