Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Mental Edge Behavioral Clinic, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring consistency in client engagement while maintaining an organized calendar.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care and enhance client support.
\n
• Utilize our billing service to facilitate claims, insurance verification, and client payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a wide range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and couples, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role is crucial in helping these clients navigate their struggles and achieve meaningful improvements in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Florida.

• Availability for full-time work, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings each week.

Preferred Experience\n
