Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices.

• Engage in brief, focused prevention and treatment services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a compassionate approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify client needs, arrange for further evaluation when necessary, and implement integrated care plans.

• Foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients and their families, guiding them through crisis situations and promoting long-term recovery and wellness.

• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring timely and effective delivery of treatment services while maintaining comprehensive documentation, progress notes, and reports.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, enhancing collaboration and communication regarding client management and care outcomes.

• Monitor and track client progress throughout treatment, adapting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and goals.

• Provide on-call support during and after regular hours as assigned to ensure continuity of care.

• Contribute to agency service delivery improvements and quality enhancement initiatives by participating in relevant committees.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
