Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a broad range of responsibilities designed to enhance the health and well-being of your clients. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines, underlining your attention to detail.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical knowledge and continuously improve the quality of care delivered.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health topics and available community resources, empowering them with information to support their journey.
