Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, developing individualized treatment plans that may include both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that aim to help clients overcome dependencies, manage stressors, and promote positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills and at least two years of direct experience in social work, preferably in substance abuse or mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
