Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using culturally competent and evidence-based practices tailored to our diverse client population.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their voices and preferences guide their care.

• Engage in regular case discussions with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, case managers, and peer specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide resource navigation support, connecting clients to essential community services and crisis intervention as needed to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that client records are accurate and secure.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferencing, and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients in a detox center setting, many of whom face complex mental health and substance use issues. You will work with a variety of age groups, including children and adolescents, ensuring that treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive. Your expertise will be vital in addressing not only the clinical needs of clients but also the social and emotional factors that contribute to their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in the state of California, issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) obtained from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
