Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day duties will revolve around the following key responsibilities:

• Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Actively participating in a multi-disciplinary team which includes physicians, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s care are considered and effectively addressed.

• Regularly monitoring the progress and situations of clients, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Conducting follow-up sessions to assess the effectiveness of interventions and facilitating changes as needed.

• Collaborating with families, and educational institutions, ensuring a inclusive approach that supports the client’s needs in various aspects of their life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals battling substance use issues in a detox setting. Your focus will be on creating a supportive environment that encourages clients on their path to recovery. You will address various challenges they face, ranging from emotional struggles to practical barriers hindering their progress. By employing therapeutic techniques and solutions, you will empower clients to make positive changes and promote long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A strong foundational understanding of clinical practices, particularly in substance use treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
