Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared learning among clients dealing with similar behavioral health issues.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous education regarding advancements in behavioral health therapies and incorporate best practices into your work.
