Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily activities will involve:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine patients’ mental health needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Delivering individual psychotherapy sessions, ensuring patients feel supported and capable of achieving their treatment goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated, team-based care.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health, treatment methods, and available community support.

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders within our Detox Center. Your expertise will assist patients in navigating their recovery journeys while addressing various emotional and psychological challenges. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals reclaim their lives and reintegrate into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services within a mental health or addiction recovery context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
