Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to cater to the specific needs of clients.

• Monitoring client progress and outcomes, adjusting approaches as needed in conjunction with the healthcare team.

• Providing educational support to families, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to foster their children's growth.

• Utilizing effective evidence-based practices and strategies that align with the Natural Learning Environment approach.
\n
• Building strong rapport with clients and their families, promoting a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for recovery.

• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practices and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and families affected by substance use and related challenges. The client focus is on providing early intervention services for children with disabilities or developmental delays, ensuring they acquire vital skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your role will also involve working closely with parents and caregivers to enhance their understanding of therapeutic practices that support child development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
