Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, focusing on those undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning and ascertain appropriate treatment paths.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that are based on evidence-based practices and consider the cultural backgrounds and personal histories of patients.

• Engage in ongoing progress evaluations to ensure treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments in therapeutic strategies.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to maintain up-to-date patient documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including consultations with psychiatrists, nurses, and treatment coordinators.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and the recovery process, fostering a supportive network for ongoing recovery.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations while addressing sensitive patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing mental health issues related to substance use disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will work closely with individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification and early recovery, providing them with the tools needed to achieve long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
