Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in various settings—both in-office and within the community—to assess and address symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop trusted relationships with clients by maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs, facilitating access to integrated care plans and follow-up services.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress while implementing therapeutic interventions such as individual, group, and family therapies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery, addressing the unique needs of clients across diverse populations.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, providing timely support to clients in critical situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
