Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring a patient-centered focus that is responsive to individual needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations using evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions, adapting your interventions based on the client’s progress and feedback.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary resources and support services, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders involved in their care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a flexible therapeutic approach to cater to diverse client backgrounds.

• Participate in crisis interventions as required, assessing risks and ensuring the safety of clients while developing strategies for immediate support and long-term recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, program activities, and progress, as well as contributing to data collection for performance improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate actively within the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to overall team objectives.

• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced staff and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
