Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, addressing their social, emotional, and developmental needs, and identifying barriers to well-being.

• Provide high-quality counseling and support to individuals and families navigating various life transitions, ensuring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach.

• Actively collaborate with clients to create customized service plans and facilitate access to essential community resources and support services.

• Work effectively in crisis situations by providing intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate fiercely for the needs of clients.

• Engage routinely in community outreach to elevate awareness of social issues and promote the services offered by Hackensack Mental Healthcare Center.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and sharing updates on client progression and community engagement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits\n
