Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, and develop tailored treatment plans that promote well-being.

• Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues in regular staff supervision meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the most effective care.
\n
• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions for their therapy needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

As an LMFT with Helpful Hands Behavioral Health Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in fostering healthy family dynamics and empowering individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a fully licensed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology is preferred.

• Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and couples therapy effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
