Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows for flexible scheduling, but candidates should anticipate maintaining a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will work in an outpatient capacity, engaging with clients via telehealth and occasionally collaborating with team members in an outbound office setting. This role encourages independent work while also providing a collaborative framework through regular case consultations and supervision opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose conditions and establish effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Document ongoing treatment progress meticulously, including detailed case notes and treatment plan updates in accordance with company policy.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized attention.

• Engage actively with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and family members to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and coping with life challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, adolescents, and entire families facing various mental health issues, from relational challenges to personal crises. A significant part of your work may involve helping clients navigate settings that include schools, workplaces, and community resources as part of their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy and mental health services, particularly within an outpatient or community-focused framework.

• Prior experience with clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members alike.

• Ability to pass a thorough background check as required by the organization.
