Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Engage with couples in joint sessions while also providing individual therapy, tailoring approaches based on family dynamics and individual needs.
\n
• Address a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Employ therapeutic methodologies and interventions to facilitate healing and growth in blended families, navigate separation and divorce adjustments, and improve communication among family members.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment plans comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all client interactions are tracked efficiently.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will encounter a variety of challenges as you work with families facing relationship conflicts, adjustments to separations, and issues related to blended families. You will play an essential role in addressing complex mental health needs, providing tailored strategies designed to enhance communication and improve mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
