Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate clients’ needs, issues, and goals to develop tailored treatment plans, and adjust them as appropriate based on continuous assessments.

• Lead individual therapy sessions addressing diverse mental health concerns across all age groups, employing proven therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate couples therapy to assist partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing their relationships.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records including progress notes and treatment histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic care and collaborate on best practices.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and adhere to contemporary research and therapy methodologies.

• Advocate for clients’ well-being, empowering them to make informed choices regarding their treatment.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

• Encourage clients to take part in self-care and wellness strategies to support their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide-ranging patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We address an array of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and family conflict. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, issued by the State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, with a preference for those experienced with children and adults.

• Skills in timely and effective completion of client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working within a telehealth setting and proficiency in utilizing remote therapy tools to ensure effective client engagement.

• Experience in crisis intervention and managing emergency situations with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
